LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR RELATIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 21ST CENTURY

Based on modern research, the features of labor law reform in the recent history of Poland are revealed. The main principles of legal regulation of labor relations are determined. Key aspects of labor law of the Republic of Poland are analyzed, in particular regarding remote work and the rights of Ukrainian migrants. Labor relations are highlighted as the basis of socio-economic development of the state, since they determined the interaction between employees and employers, affecting the well-being of society. The irreversibility of the introduction of European labor standards and their impact on the labor legislation of Poland is emphasized. It is stated that in the context of Ukraine’s European integration, the study of the experience of the countries of the European Union, in particular Poland, which had a developed labor law system adapted to EU standards, has acquired special importance. A comparison of the legal regulation of labor relations in Ukraine and Poland, in particular in the aspects of remote work and protection of the rights of labor migrants, is summarized, which will allow identifying the strengths and weaknesses of national systems, as well as looking for ways to improve Ukrainian legislation.
