Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy
The editorial office of the journal recognizes the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in scholarly activities and supports their responsible, ethical, and transparent use in accordance with international standards of publication ethics.
The use of AI tools (including generative models) is permitted only as an auxiliary means in the preparation of scholarly materials. Authors bear full responsibility for the content of submitted works, regardless of the use of such technologies.
Authors are required to clearly disclose the use of AI in the preparation of the manuscript, including:
- the name of the tool;
- the purpose of its use (e.g., text editing, translation, analysis);
- the extent of its application.
This information should be provided in the appropriate section of the article (e.g., “Methodology” or “Acknowledgements”).
The following is prohibited:
- listing AI as an author or co-author;
- using AI to generate fabricated or unreliable data;
- using AI without verifying the accuracy of the output;
- using AI in violation of copyright or ethical standards.
Authors are responsible for:
- the accuracy and reliability of all data;
- the absence of plagiarism;
- proper citation of sources;
- verification of text generated or edited with the assistance of AI.
Reviewers and editors are discouraged from using AI to analyze manuscripts if this may lead to the disclosure of confidential information. If such tools are used, confidentiality of the materials must be ensured.
In cases of non-compliance with this policy, the editorial office reserves the right to:
- reject the manuscript;
- withdraw or retract the published article;
- notify the relevant institutions.
