Copyright Policy

Authors who publish in this collection agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain the right to authorship of their work and transfer to the editorial board the right of first publication of this work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows other persons to freely distribute the published work with a mandatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this edition.

2. Authors have the right to conclude independent additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the work in the form in which it was published by this edition (for example, to place the work in the electronic repository of the institution or to publish it as part of a monograph), provided that a link to the first publication of the work in this edition is preserved.

3. The policy of the editorial board of the collection allows and encourages authors to place the manuscript of the work on the Internet (for example, in institutional repositories or on personal websites), both before submitting this manuscript to the editorial office and during its editorial processing, since this contributes to scientific discussion and has a positive effect on the efficiency and dynamics of citation of the published work.
